Sociology of Management
Emotional predisposition of management decisions and social actions of enterprise teams
Contemporary researchers examine emotions
in the context of diverse and complex human experiences
and explore human social reactions to various aspects of
social life. Emotions are generally considered to be an
indicator of a person's state, determine people's
communicative capabilities in the social sphere, and are
realized in social practice through social actions and the
formation of attitudes toward an object, as well as the
visualization of emotional arousal. The nature of the
emotional predisposition of management decisions and
social actions of enterprise teams has been less fully
explored. Consequently, there is a clear need to expand
the role of emotions in shaping management decisions at
enterprises and assess their impact on team performance.

methodological approaches to the analysis of the
economic category of "exchange". Within the framework
of each of the approaches, definitions of "exchange" are
given. A classification of scientific approaches to the
analysis of "exchange" by content is carried out. The
need for the study of exchange relations as a subject of
scientific and practical interest aimed at solving modern
problems of the domestic labor market is actualized.
The concept of «meaningless work» in human-oriented management theory
In the context of modern technological
transformations, the theory of human-centered
management is becoming increasingly relevant, focusing
on the employee's personality and the development of an
active, proactive stance. The author argues that the
essence of the human-centered approach is revealed
through three interconnected areas of human existence:
life activity, viability, and life support. Employees strive
to realize personally significant meanings in each of
these areas; however, in practice, they often encounter
organizational and institutional limitations. A paradox of
modern management is revealed: it is unjustified to
ignore the phenomenon of meaninglessness of work
when activities are not focused on the employee's quality
of life. Meaninglessness is interpreted as a characteristic of activity perceived by employees, reflecting the degree
to which significant meanings for employees are not
realized. Based on the conducted empirical study (N700),
the problem of systematically limiting the realization of
significant meanings in the activities of employees,
generating additional social risks, is identified. The most
critical areas of risk (meanings of viability), as well as
the most vulnerable groups of personnel, are identified.
The authors propose an index approach for diagnosing
risk areas associated with the loss of meaning in
professional activity. The authors link overcoming the
crisis of meaning to the need for value-based and
meaning-based design of activities based on the
principles of human-centered management.

The role of influencers in building and strengthening brand confidence
The article discusses the issues of brand
interaction with influencers in the framework of building
trusting and effective communication with the target
audience. The authors pay attention that in the context of
information overload, trust is a key asset that directly
affects the communication effectiveness and long-term
strategic sustainability of the brand. The article provides
a justification for the mechanisms of influence on the
level of audience trust in the brand, consumer
preferences, and behavioral models of users in the digital
environment. The study confirms that cooperation with
influencers is an important element of modern communication strategies aimed at increasing brand
awareness and building audience loyalty. The authors
pay special attention to the risks of cooperation with
influencers, which in one way or another are associated
with the possibility of losing the trust of the audience and
damaging the brand's reputation.
Methodological foundations of a sociological study of the influence of the cultural code on brand loyalty among modern youth

framework for analyzing the influence of cultural codes
on youth brand loyalty. It synthesizes approaches from
symbolic interactionism, practice theory, and
consumption analysis. It examines dynamic cultural
codes, brand icons, and loyalty as membership. It also
analyzes the specific characteristics of youth as active
"consumer-creators" in a comparison of the Russian and
Chinese contexts. A strategy combining case studies and
thematic analysis is used to study this phenomenon.
Digital transformation of the employer brand: a sociological analysis of the value orientations of young professionals
The article examines the transformation of the
employer brand under the influence of digitalization of
Russian society. The relevance of the study is due to the
need to adapt management strategies to the changing
value orientations of applicants, primarily
representatives of the digital generation. Based on the
analysis of the results of the author's sociological survey
(n=350), the structure of expectations of young
professionals from an ideal employer in the digital
environment is revealed. Special attention is paid to such
aspects as hybrid forms of employment, digital corporate
culture and reputational transparency of the company in
the online space. A typology of young professionals
based on their value preferences is proposed. The author
concludes that it is necessary to transition from a
broadcast model of the employer brand to a dialogical
model integrated into digital platforms
The impact of social media consumption patterns on users' self-esteem
The article presents the results of an empirical
study of the relationship between social media behavior
and self-esteem. Based on the online survey data, the
hypothesis of the influence of the number of
subscriptions on self-assessment is tested using factor
and cluster analysis methods. The results show that the
key role is played not by the volume of content, but by
the involvement in social comparison and dependence on
feedback. Two types of users have been identified:
"resilient" and "vulnerable", which is important for
digital literacy programs.

human potential formation and development in
innovative enterprises is driven by significant indicators
of its impact on all areas of production of goods and
services. However, the social context of human potential
and associated social benchmarks, social expectations,
social preferences, risks, and social outcomes of various
professional, qualification, and status groups of workers
are less well considered. In this regard, the author
proposed examining the social aspect of human potential

From structures to subjects: principles for analyzing the integration of migrant children in secondary school
The article describes a multi-level analytical
framework for studying the social integration of migrant
children in Russian secondary school. The framework
integrates the macro level (structural conditions and
policy) and the micro level (children's agency), while
paying attention to the meso level (the role of the school
as an active institution). Special emphasis is placed on
the differences between the age cohorts of «Generation
1.5» and «Generation 1.25». The key thesis is that an
integration trajectory is formed through the interaction of
children's activity, the institutional logic of the school,
and external structural constraints. The proposed
approach allows bridging the gap between theory and
practice in research on the socialization of migrant
children. This work lays the foundation for the empirical
analysis of the educational trajectories of migrant
children in the modern Russian context under the
influence of the new State Migration Policy Concept,
which is focused on streamlining migration processes.

Hybrid and remote employment as the new norm in the labor market
The article examines the transformation of the
labor sphere under the influence of hybrid and remote
employment. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical
data (interviews, sentiment analysis), the dual nature of
these new formats is revealed. While they provide
autonomy and flexibility, they also generate long-term
risks: a decline in motivation, social isolation, burnout,
and the blurring of boundaries. This creates a need for a
new managerial paradigm based on trust, outcome-based
evaluation, and the deliberate strengthening of
psychological well-being and a sense of connectedness
within the team. The article offers practical
recommendations for organizations implementing these
new forms of employment.
Contemporary project risk management processes in IT enterprises
The challenge of increasing the percentage of
successfully completed projects in the IT sector remains
relevant and requires careful consideration. Addressing
this issue requires studying the mechanisms of project
risk management tools capable of effectively addressing
risks in the specific context of IT projects. The aim of this
study is to examine the fundamentals of project risk
management methodology, project management process
groups, project risks and their classifications, and project
risk management processes. The study was conducted
using systems analysis. Theoretical research methods
(analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction), and
comparison were employed to explore the theoretical
foundations of project management and risk
management.
Risk management in socially responsible organizations: balancing profit and ethics
Socially responsible organizations operate in
conditions of increasing uncertainty, where traditional
finance-oriented risk management proves insufficient.

social, and environmental factors into risk management
systems. It demonstrates that considering ESG risks
helps reduce reputational and institutional losses,
enhances stakeholder trust, and fosters long-term
economic resilience. Based on contemporary empirical
data and corporate practices, it is shown that balancing
profit and ethics is an achievable managerial outcome.
Reflexive nostalgia: a sociological analysis of the demand for materiality and authenticity in digital culture
The article is devoted to the study of the sociocultural phenomenon of conscious preference for analog
formats (vinyl, analog photography, retrogaming) in the
context of the dominance of digital culture. The aim of
the work is to identify the meanings and functions of
these practices as a response to the challenges of
modernity: the transition to a digital format of life, the
loss of true individuality and the acceleration of the pace
of life. The concepts of resentment (M. Scheler) and
reflexive nostalgia (S. Boym) are used as a
methodological basis, which allow us to go beyond
considering this phenomenon as a way of escaping from
reality. The scientific novelty lies in considering retro
practices not as a return to the past, but as a way of
criticizing modernity and a means of forming one's own
identity
The four dimensions of a graphic designer's competence in the structure of professional competition
Due to the development of new technologies,
the sphere of creative industries is being transformed,
especially graphic design, as they have influenced the
active introduction of digital tools into the creative
process, as well as the popularization of the process of
distributing their creations by authors on the Internet and
social networks. The paper describes the main criteria by
which clients, in a world where everyone can express
themselves in the creative field, having some skills and
technical equipment, but is not a specialist, distinguish
one or another designer as a true professional. These
measurements are directly related to the assessment of a
graphic designer's competence, as their synergy is the
foundation of any professional designer's work. The
results obtained can serve as a basis for graphic designers
to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses, as well
as help novice specialists identify areas of professional
development.
