Abstract:
Using the example of a modern organization implementing economic activities in the retail sector, the article examines the impact of corporate social policy on the social well-being of employees, determines the impact of individual components of corporate social policy on the social well-being of employees belonging to different departments within the organization, according to the functional nature of their activities.
