Emotional predisposition of management decisions and social actions of enterprise teams

Abstract:
Contemporary researchers examine emotions in the context of diverse and complex human experiences and explore human social reactions to various aspects of social life. Emotions are generally considered to be an indicator of a person's state, determine people's communicative capabilities in the social sphere, and are realized in social practice through social actions and the formation of attitudes toward an object, as well as the visualization of emotional arousal. The nature of the emotional predisposition of management decisions and social actions of enterprise teams has been less fully explored. Consequently, there is a clear need to expand the role of emotions in shaping management decisions at enterprises and assess their impact on team performance.
