Methodological foundations of a sociological study of the influence of the cultural code on brand loyalty among modern youth

Abstract:
This article proposes a methodological framework for analyzing the influence of cultural codes on youth brand loyalty. It synthesizes approaches from symbolic interactionism, practice theory, and consumption analysis. It examines dynamic cultural codes, brand icons, and loyalty as membership. It also analyzes the specific characteristics of youth as active "consumer-creators" in a comparison of the Russian and Chinese contexts. A strategy combining case studies and thematic analysis is used to study this phenomenon.
