Hybrid and remote employment as the new norm in the labor market

Author(s):
Abstract:
The article examines the transformation of the labor sphere under the influence of hybrid and remote employment. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (interviews, sentiment analysis), the dual nature of these new formats is revealed. While they provide autonomy and flexibility, they also generate long-term risks: a decline in motivation, social isolation, burnout, and the blurring of boundaries. This creates a need for a new managerial paradigm based on trust, outcome-based evaluation, and the deliberate strengthening of psychological well-being and a sense of connectedness within the team. The article offers practical recommendations for organizations implementing these new forms of employment.
